Refund Policy

These pages cover the ARSU plugin, checkout, billing, credit sync, contact forms, and site access for InventKid.

We built these pages for a digital plugin business that sells WooCommerce-ready access, collects onboarding details, and syncs credits to a SaaS backend.

Refund Policy

Because this is a digital plugin and credit-based service, refunds are generally not offered once the download, license, or credit allocation has been delivered.

Duplicate charges, accidental duplicate orders, or confirmed gateway errors can be reviewed for refund or credit adjustment.

If a payment fails but money is still deducted by the gateway, we will help you reconcile the transaction with the processor.

Refund requests should include the order number, billing email, and a short explanation of the issue.

Any approved refund may exclude non-recoverable payment processing fees, taxes, or third-party gateway charges where not refundable by law.
